Excellent album / pressing. But if you order from Bandcamp, they have poor packaging. My copy arrived damaged. They refunded me 20% of the price but still, it's very disappointing.

Great pressing and awesome tunes, nothing to complain here. An excellent addition to the collection if you enjoy jazz or even… ska rhythms.

Does anyone know the story of Ene Alantchie Alnorem? I can't seem to track down an original source...would love to know more about this perfect song.
Thanks. -

Love it! Discs sound fantastic. Tracks vary by source, but all sources are enjoyable and have character. The discs were fairly dirty on arrival with paper sleeve debris; after a damp wipe the surfaces appear near perfect. Some off-center on C/D, I don't hear it. Vinyl plays clean and quiet, no pops or crackle; warm and lively, visceral in the horns, but laid back overall. Another great work from Astatke and Strut.
