Edited 2 years agoGot nothing to compare this to, but this Scandi pressing of Closer sounds good to my ears! Nice airy soudstage that really complements the cavernous sound of the music. Instrumental and vocal clarity is also great, particularly Morris's drumming and Hook's bass. My newer reedition of unknown pleasures in comparison sounds far more enclosed, but luckily I've heard that most reeditions for Closer are pretty great.
