One of the best power-electronics albums out there. A soundtrack for perverts having kinky sex with prostitutes in sordid suburbs. The quality of noise is outstanding, not just hisses and whistles, but a strong wall of crackling distortion and electronic razorblades, with a decent amount of variation along the whole LP. Keith's whispered vocals perfectly fit the sick atmosphere of these recordings. This genre has long lost anything interesting to say, so better listening to the good stuff released when there was still creativity around and not just boring copycats.
