Track 12 has a silence between approx. 5:05 and 21:25 when a letter is read about a fan ing their demos online as a tribute (before the album even was out) and that they'd surely be "cool about it" since they keep it "real" (massive echoes on real)

Record is great, even if I prefer Leviathan after a re-listen of the early works (sounds like I was there from the start but I heard them maybe 10 years after besides the videos on TV of course)

Drums are great, even if I had preferred a drummer like Anthrax' soundwise, (maybe cause I also played deep TAMAs and love that sound) but technique is great and suiting for this genre

Guitars are the big plus for this band, really great harmonywork etc and with flashbacks to the whole metal/hard rock history

Bassist are wellknown and well deservedly so, Keanu Reeves long lost brother J/K...but I have to say the singing is the downfall, cannot help wondering what had become with a great singer, a new name, their own Belladonna, Dickinson or Geoff Tate...or even a Araya for a harder edge...even though I like everything Brent is doing in this band and with this band

But that is also the problem with bands like Lamb of God, maybe it will happen in some sideproject or All Star Band in the future

The DVD though is the worst censored imagewise since Slayer's Soundtrack to the Apocalypse, might be the European companies that "TV censors" every single t-shirt and poster, makes it a bore to see and takes away from the whole experience!

Hometapes are hard to watch picture- and soundwise anyway without the blurry items on shirts and walls...

But all-in-all a great band of the post-2000 era

    Be well,
    LPWJ
