Flawless, once again, from the MFM guys. Although a small, proud and childish part of me is nervous that a whole maddening crowd of hipsters will seek up "my little secret" of Ambient House/Techno from the early 90's, and possibly exploit it, I still have to it that this compilation is simply amazing. MFM have truly honored the artists and the scene as whole in the best possible way. The track selection is very good and coherent, made by a true collector and DJ, although I feel the Sun Electric track felt a bit malplaced. And being one of my favorite acts from those days it's certainly not their most presentable track. I think the Thomas Fehlmann remix of O'Locco would've suited this comp much better. Oops, that's my proud, childish, elitist part of me talking again.

Either way, I love it. I love the selection, the mastering, the presentation, the on-point artwork. If you're new to this rabbit hole, Welcome! You couldn't find a better entrance. If you're an old lover and collector, there's still a lot of value for you here. Buy on sight!

I started buying records in 1993. Loved ambient then and still do. This compilation is a wonderful trip down memory lane for old skoolers and a box of magic for any newcomers (welcome!). You won't find a better compilation in this style. Faultless.

This is stunning from start to finish. No mediocre tracks here. Money well spent.

Another unbelievable compilation from one of my favourite labels.

The 'Sunshine's Theme' track would melt peoples minds at an afters.

Fantastic and well-rounded release representing the golden era of ambient, that I hope helps introduce a whole new generation to these timeless sounds. Even if you're a collector, it's likely you don't have all of the tracks presented here; if you do have some of them, this package is still worthwhile for the selection, arrangement, and crystal-clear sound. Vinyl enthusiasts will also be glad to have them on wax, since at least a handful have never appeared in that format before. Very interested to see if and how they continue this series.

MFM did it again, amazing and flawless release, not a single bad track! The promo cd that came with the first 150 orders is amazing too, can anyone ID the tracks on the promo cd?
