The title track is barely ok, featuring the lyrics so typical of S.P.O.C.K, but musically it is a bit anonymous. Not even the refrain helps to profile this song, and it is a mystery how it could turn out a single. The b-side is nothing more than a joke that became a song, a parody of the phrase "with a little help from my friends" if you like. Finally, there are two uninspired versions of "Force Of Light". In S.P.O.C.K's case it is rare that the remixes turn out better than the original tracks, and this is certainly not an exception. Quite a disappointment, the boys can do much better than this, hence the low rating.
Oh, in case you were wondering about the video, it features some cuts from a live show at the Mejeriet in Lund, Sweden. S.P.O.C.K are an amusing live act, but this clip will not save a substandard release.
