Web , if the Terre Haute pressing is a “First US press” why is it listed below two other US pressings in the list? Shouldn’t it be first on the list among the US issues?

My copy has the exact runout etched code , but the label has only one tone of orange instead of the two tones showed here , so that's weird, anybody else ?

My copy has the label for Side 1 of "Tony Bennett's All-Time Greatest Hits" (Columbia KG 31494) on side 1 of disc. Anyone else, or have I got a one-off?
