Notes

The second official EMI release.

This was originally pressed with the red label and it was actually in January during pressings of
this release that EMI moved to the more familiar black label, therefore there are a lot less red than black.

Also during this release's chart life, in March 1963, EMI dropped the "45" prefix,
therefore any after March have just "R 4983".

Notice the "black" release has the small "rights of the manufacturer" writing in Mixed upper/lower case, this changes with later releases.

This is the first of two "black" release variations with the "R" in "Recording First Published 1963" set between the "7" and the "X" under the matrix prefix "7XCE" on A-side and under the "7" on the B-side. On the second variation the "Recorded First Published" shifted slightly to the right so that the "R" is under the "C" on the A-side and beween the "7" and the "X" on the B-side.

The plain green paper sleeve with a round "£" logo was introduced at the same time as the black label.

Made in Gt. Britain.

Runout matrices are machine .
