Recording Notes
The album was recorded in February 1999 on tour at The Jam Room in Columbia, SC February 1999 by Jay Matheson, known for his raw and analog-heavy approach to punk and hardcore production. Mastering was handled by George Horn at Fantasy Studios, a highly respected engineer with decades of analog mastering experience, known for keeping dynamics intact. The runout groove includes the phrases “unhindered by talent” and “now go start your own band” — Pressed at Rainbo Records (uncredited on release), identified by matrix etchings “L-51414” and “L-51414-X”, which are sequential lacquer job numbers assigned by Rainbo. Rainbo Records was active from 1939 to 2019 and widely used by independent punk and hardcore labels.
