Edited one year agoThis is a charming debut, good time music (I agree with the proclamation on the back cover), and more bluesy at times than the hit singles would suggest. "Fishin' Blues" is irresistible, and "Wild About My Lovin'" is also an underrated gem. I've got an original mono pressing, and it's got a surprisingly rich low end and a nice full sound. My copy has seen better days, with snaps, crackles, pops, and a couple of skips. Surprised there weren't more skips...it plays better than it looks.
