Edited 2 years agoThis album definitely needs a reissue on LP and CD with a new remaster. Captain Trip Records remaster by Souichirou Nakamura sacrifices the low end in order to make the album sound louder and thinner, and Bureau B reissues are not different since they use the same remaster as well, they practically destroyed the album in order to make it lacking any dynamic range. I'm pretty sure this is also the case for most Captain Trip Records reissues for Conrad (did he approve of this back in 2006?)
I find it strange that Sky Records never released this record on CD during the 90s like most of its catalog back in the day, it might be because of Conrad himself perhaps, I really don't know.
Meanwhile, if you're lucky, buy or find an original SKY 061 vinyl copy.
