Bought another almost flawless copy of this today - love the cover - but it's the B side that is my favorite! His silly jam sessions are a wonder to listen to - still sad that's he's not of this world, but he left us little pieces of joy to groove to until we meet again! -

Edited 19 years agoI can first hearing this in the middle of a House set at the Hacienda and Graeme Park just stopped the music and played 'Sign of The Times' and I was spellbounded. An incredibly beautiful and poignant piece of Black Soul music that is also brilliantly funky in it's inimitable style. You can't dance to this but you don't need to. You are just mesmerised by it's sheer beauty. Prince's finest moment as far as I'm concerned.
