the volume on this pressing is extremely low, I have this cause the music itself is killer but this pressing is such low volume for some reason i had to crank this up a lot..
-
Clean and quiet, sounds really good to me. I haven't heard an original but I think the other comment that "SV is ruining music" is completely unwarranted. This repress is definitely worth the money and I'm really glad it's available.
-
Wholly mediocre as usual, SV is ruining music. Mind you it's not as bad as the Alice Coltrane Monastic Trio reissue they did.
-
Wow! What an album! First experience listening to it. The energy is incredible! Playing is top notch. Shaky Jake is mind blowing - what a groove! Pressing is good, flat, clean, and quiet. Worth tracking this down! Superior Viaduct - nice work and I’d pay an extra couple of dollars if you used lined sleeves as opposed to paper as it’s harsh on vinyl.

Edited 5 years ago11/10 album, music here is beyond great! Pressing is ok. Would like to hear the oryginal because I think SV messed up here a bit (or a ton maybe). Also SV is using paper sleeves and mine copy was scratched as new.
-
Disappointed to see this is already sold out, Superior Viaduct pressings aren't usually this limited! Anybody know how many of these were pressed?
-
Lofi live recordings, hi-fi mastering and pressing. Dead quiet wax, no distortions other than what’s present in the original recordings. Very clear sounding press! High quality tip-on jacket and printing! Oh also, 10/10 music. Highly recommend!
