Issued with a limited edition 12" envelope and 7 film cards inside another envelope.
At the end of High Hopes David Gilmour's stepson Charlie can be heard hanging up the telephone receiver on Pink Floyd manager Steve O'Rourke, who had pleaded to be allowed to appear on a Pink Floyd album.
The record label incorrectly states 'High Hopes' & 'Keep Talking' are 'Radio Edits' (as featured on the clear 7" single) but in fact both are the Album versions.

This thing is definitely right up there with the coolest looking records in my entire collection. The shade of the blue vinyl is beautiful and the etching on the B-side is a work of art. Also has some slightly creepy looking alterations of "The Division Bell" artwork on the back. I guess it looks so sweet that I'm not even really worried about how it sounds. I may pull it out to look at or show friends, but it's not like I'm going to be pulling it out of it's sleeve every week to spin this copy of "High Hopes." Must be somewhat of a rare LP as well since I've had two people out of the blue make me offers on it (no pun intended). Awesome looking record!
