Question: If (as someone comments here) this song was actually from ‘77, does that mean that Al Hudson & The Partners is derived from this – or is it the other way ‘round?
Was listening to Leon’s Don’t Push It … today (on the flip of an Old Gold split with Yarborough & Peoples’ Don’t Stop The Music) and suddely realised I have a similar song somewhere *that isn’t a cover*... an homage… a riff … a rip off?! Anyway I’d love to know which song copies which. For some reason. I mean, gad, they’re both on the fromage side of things really. But Leon’s song is probably better. -
