By far the best pressing of this record. I saw an interview with Steve Hofman saying that because of the complexity of the White Album masters, only the German flawless pressing process would do justice to it. He was not wrong.

Edited 2 years agoJust found a copy with some cover discoloration but otherwise EX condition. Top opening with poster and photos. Matrix # YEX 109-1 to YEX 112-1. Number stamped on the cover 0287849 is opaque, no ink. After a glue peel to all 4 sides, it's the best sounding White Album I've ever heard and I've owned dozens of copies over the years. A lovely addition to my collection.

An amazing pressing really, if you can’t afford the early UK pressings (like me), this is your go to pressing for 1968 the year the album came out.

My version is almost the same but the N° in front is 0362872, maybe released in the early months of 1969...
-
my version is identical to all specifications, except for the serial number input on the front sleeve which is not straight and colour identical to sleeve
