Get this spinning and it quickly becomes clear that this get-together really was a match made in heaven, for this truly is an effortlessly stylish and timeless slice of deep-chilled house. Rippling electronics and classy piano riffs fuse seamlessly with Tracey Thorn’s flawless velvety vocals to give it an undeniable feel-good factor, and it has some nice percussive and bass-driven breaks to mix things up a bit too. It’s often said that “House is a Feeling”, and this gem really is the epitome of that sentiment. Essential listening from an inspired collaboration.
