This cut and press is great, don’t worry about the comments about compression and other complaints, on a somewhat poorly recorded/mixed/mastered album the flaws show a little more on a lossless format such as vinyl. Definitely a step up from the CD.

This is a very good album. Ghost of You is just an absolutely great song.
That being said, this pressing does not sound very good on my modest system. At low volumes it is kind of lifeless. If you turn it up, it just sounds distorted and ragged. Over powering bass with no highs.
Project X2 with Sumiko Moonstone. Yamaha pre-amp and amp playing through B&W 703 speakers. -
Edited 4 months agoSide A sounds funny, when the song gets quiet it sounds okay and the treble sounds kinda high, but when it gets loud it sounds weird? Like all of the music sounds drowned. Though Side B sounds epic and no problems so far
