Edited one month agoIncredible grind-core album, and this CD (MOSH016CDD) translates everything in the mix perfectly.

...a few years ago, I left a short note for the 2017 press - in short, the great album was released outrageously disdainfully. Anyway, after about five years of owning regular black vinyl, I decided to replace it with a color limited one, because the feeling of owning an exclusive piece automatically sets you up to look for exclusively positive sides. But Earache managed to take a fantastic shit here too. If you know what we're talking about, then the cover of the 2017 press was just falling apart in my hands, the cheapest cardboard you can imagine. This is the uncoated raw material that toilet paper is wrapped on. And apparently, the label once ordered several thousand of these jackets, because regardless of the date of the additional print run in different colors, the vinyl will certainly end up in this crappy envelope. The inner envelope is no less poorly executed, of course, there is no question of normal protective antistatic agents, but once again an envelope with a rough inner surface is used, which looks like sandpaper. Accordingly, by the time the record crosses half the globe to the new owner, it is already losing, if not the quality, then exactly the appearance. The new record, despite the color mass, which makes the defects less visible, arrived in a very used condition. This is very indicative of the attitude of the label to the band and to the buyers.
As for mastering, it's still the same source. To my ears, everything here is extremely convincing and evokes only positive emotions. Of course, judging by the reviews, this press is not as good as the first one, but the later the date on the calendar, the harder it is to find and the more expensive the original becomes. But, repeat, the sound here is decent. The color design of the vinyl is combined with the cover, although it looks rather awkward in the hands. Vinyl weighs 145 grams and is smooth. It's clean enough when playing, but there are minor flaws - perhaps this is just a consequence of the wrong (cheap) packaging. Most likely, a thorough washing can improve returns.
I would also like to note with what attention the demo recordings of "Before The Downfall" were re-released relatively recently. It remains to be hoped that someday, in a beautiful new world, the rights to "World Downfall" will be in the hands of a normal label and the eternal classics of grindcore will be reissued in proper form. So far, everything is at a very very low level. -
i think this is an early pressing, cd is not brockwalled (like the versions pressed in the 2000s) Sounds damn good too!

I cannot fault the pressing.
I think, sometimes, people expect too much of these Earrache repressings. They are a real facsimile of the originals: Thin covers, minimal interior, solid vinyl.
Exactly what I want. -

Word word -
Great gridcore album from 1989, excellent production by Mr.Scott Burns which allow you to hear every instrument clear and loud enough.Too bad they realised only this one album like side project.
Highlights for me are After world obliteration,Fear of napalm and Dead shall rise but whole album destroys literally.
Absolutely recommended
