One of my favorite albums of all time. I when it was released. I was in 7th grade. Now that I have great audio gear I love it even more. This record could be released in 2025 and people would say who is that great band. Timeless album.

Haven’t heard an original, but this is a great pressing, nice and flat and 180g heavy. It has good dynamics for a digital copy (as per sticker, digital from analog tape copy). If you find it get it.

Just to ask... Do any of you think this one done by George Piros would sound better than the 1st UK pressing done by HW? (not Howie Weinberg, someone else - the 1st UK is praised also, but I live in the US 😊) REALLY appreciate any thoughts or input, thanks!

This is an incredible album, and this first UK pressing is top rate. I cannot believe it has taken me this long to discover this - for far too long saw Numan as a one-hit wonder for "Cars" - this album (and recently picking up "Replicas") has opened my eyes. There is a driving, dystopian feel to many of these songs, which in in its own electronic way, has echoes of Black Sabbath, as crazy as that sounds. Agree with others...a must-buy.
