Does Anyone know where the original photo from the front cover is from? -
That release is fully ed by Trev (the Band's vocalist) as you can read here / in this interview:

Trev: "I really like the Grind The Enemy vinyl package, good quality, lyric sheet and fantastic packaging.
They are the type of bootlegs I fully."
Discogs, thanks in advance for stop making that selling illegal here. -
I'm trying to buy a copy of this LP for a friend and now seeing it's banned. I personally own a copy (not willing to sell, sorry!) and think the label did a great job with it. It sounds like it's been mastered as the audio quality is incredible compared to any digital files I've heard. Packaging clean as well. I seriously doubt the label is doing more than breaking even putting this out, so why the blocked sales?? Lame.

Late 90's version that was distributed by Norman from California punk band Armistice

The version that was distributed on 100 Aker Distro (which was run by Norman from the California punk band Armistice) is definitely a different version than the original UK distributed by the band. I traded Norman for a copy on 100 Aker sometime in the late 90's. This would be the time frame the 100 Aker version was being distributed, mainly in the United States. -

one example of the version that came with a patch and booklet came on TDK D 46 tape. There is no tracklist on the tape cover so the booklet is an integral part of this release.
I assume later on lots of tape distros did partly official or bootleg copies of this aswell -
Axegrinder are usually ed for their “Rise of the serpent men” Lp released by Peaceville Records in 1989, a metal/punk hybrid masterpiece alongside Deviated Instinct, Prophecy of Doom, Bolt Thrower, Genital Deformities... But before that Lp there has been a demo released in 1987, this is “Grind the enemy”, showing an even stronger later Amebix influence, probably Axegrinder’s biggest source of inspiration. One of those tapes able to shake the underground now is finally issued on vinyl.
