How is it possibe to tell this "Irish" pressing from the UK pressing?

The mix of 'Well, I Wonder' on this b-side sounds completely different from the lp-version. Unmixed, even. What happened here?

I have a double dipped copy with "the tatty truth" matrix is it Irish ? pressing

My copy has the 'Well I Wonder' label on both sides. Should it be a separate entry?

Have a promotion 12" copy with stamp stating on the back in gold text in box saying This record is manufactured for the purpose of promotion only . It remains the property of CBS Records Australia limited and not for sale . Is this rare and should I get exited about it ? The label is not as the Australia copy but a little similar to New Zealand but definitely not the same .

I have just picked one up in marked bottom left from cover in Silver Print "Lent for Promotional Use Only, Any Sale or Unauthorized Transfer is prohibited and void. subject to return upon demand by owner. Acceptance of this record constitutes agreement to the above."

What evidence is there that this is a New Zealand release? I have this single myself and there is no reference to New Zealand anywhere on the sleeve or the label. The only reference to a country is on the back cover which states "249 Pitt Street, Sydney". This is the green label version, not the purple label version referred to here: https://discogs.librosgratis.biz/Smiths-How-Soon-Is-Now/release/3115378

As with the other 1992 reissued singles there is a version with silver moulded labels.
