Overall a great soundtrack. I wish it was more guitar forward but WOW!!! Going Home is one powerful track! Worth the price of ission right there. I’m happy that my pressing sounds wonderful. Highly recommended!

This one sounds pretty good but a touch brighter than usual. The MoFi SACD and 2021 Half Speed Master both sound better IMO

I inherited this album from my dad. It's beautifully recorded. My pressing was very quiet. If you're a fan of the movie, I'd highly recommend buying this.

This pressing sounds amazing. Way better than the original pressings and the MoFi pressing. The MoFi LP is brighter and more detailed while this pressing is smooth, warm, and dynamic.

The fellow who composed this mystical soundtrack score IS the same Mark Knopfler from the Dire Straits music group...The tale is about a fellow from Texas on the path to nowhere and he is assigned to work on a potential oil field in rural Scotland...He gets there and is totally lost...The superb cast makes the film so believable and the music reeks of local Scottish lore...I hear it and I want to see the film once again and even in my dreams visit this faraway seaside village...Ah, the phone booth...This WB VINYL is a real winner that sets the overall tone of the film...Great soundtrack and a character in the story...and this one fills that bill...
