just rediscovered this LP and snapped it up for an DJ set I'm doing- it's a tremendous combination of funk, psych and Bollywood music. A lot of the music sounds pretty futuristic for the time it's made- shades of garage rock, funk and intense drum and guitar sounds. a lot of the tracks pull no punches with how heavy they are in that department particularly the entries from Kalyanji Anandji. a must for the inexperienced ears of the 60s Indian music output or an appreciator of these beloved soundtracks.

If buying one of these sealed just be weary that the first disc may have a light warp because of the booklet. Great compilation though.
