Screaming Trees – Sweet Oblivion

Flawless version of this album. Definitely worth picking up, the vinyl is gorgeous and the sound is fantastic!

After reading the comments, damn this pressing IS silent. I have had this cd forever but just picked this up and you cant beat his voice!!!

Echoing everyone else's comments here - absolutely killer pressing of a killer album.
ST deserved so much more success than they had around the time of its release.

Amazing pressing! Crisp, great dynamics, phenomenal clarity. It is also dead silent. Not a single pop or click throughout.

What a record! I love most of the stuff that the Trees put out, but this one takes the fucking cake. This pressing sounds like a record should, clear, balanced, and full. Get it!

honestly such a great deluxe. so many deluxe editions have stuff not many want like outtakes or demos. they can be fun but not when that’s all you get as “extra”. this one has every B side except one off the butterfly single called “buffalo” i think. this to me is awesome so i don’t have to track down and buy every single to get all the songs. although i do wish there were some live tracks and i love live shows. for the price i think we could have gotten it in there and this would have been a 10/10 no doubt. i rate it a solid 8.5/10 however and really enjoy this CD and think you will too!

Added this to the collection recently, wow just perfect, it’s so well balanced sonically. Better sounding than my 2010 MOV version I’ve had for years and the artwork is miles better than the reissue mentioned.

Very quiet press and the volume is decent a little on the quiet side but no biggie. probably needs the 2LP treatment but it’s fine. Definitely sounds a LITTLE narrow at parts but i can forgive it. Over all a good press of a fantastic album. 7.5/10
