Edited one month agoGood sound and nice colour, but my copy have some clicks and crackles on side A. I have also a black copy which sounds completely clean. -
Great press and mastering. Vinyl came flat with no noise or other issues. Nice dynamic sound for such an old and independant recording

Is there a pink and cream swirl color pressing of this as well? There's one pictured on the official Ted Lucas Facebook page from late 2018 with an expired link to a storefront page. It definitely doesn't look like the VMP brown pressing. -

I have a sealed original that I suspect is this version, not the original 1975 version. Does anyone know if there is a way to tell based on just the cover? I want to keep it sealed, as I have an open yellow label pressing and the 2018 reissue. Thx! -

My copy sounds fantastic! This pressing does full justice to the music. Which is great news since it happens to be one of my absolute favorite folk records of all time!!! -
I love these sleeping gems. Hidden masterpieces. When you listen to this album it won’t blow your socks off, however when you put it in the context of having been recorded almost 30 yrs before bands like Boniver, Phosphorescent, Woods, Department of Eagles it makes the album seem to have been plucked right out of the ethers. This is an album along with Death where it’s just unbelievable how it got missed.
