Just got the repress of this. Sounds wonderful. Fairly clean with only a minor cosmetic scuff here or there. Disc 2 looks a tad off-centered to me, but no audible effects as far as I can tell — although it's a little difficult because there are so many effects on the instruments. Just a stellar performance by this group.

You may be asking yourself, "Geez, is this repress really worth the $50 Eremite is charging? It doesn't even come with a lousy code or anything!" OMG, yes. Don't be stupid. You wouldn't be reading this if you didn't already kinda know. This is the "jazz" album I have been waiting for Mr. Parker to make. The jazzy motorik groove heat coming off this thing is a face melter. Like that scene in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom when that guy chooses unwisely face melt. Multiple contorted oh $h!t faces guaranteed while listening. You know the kind of face I'm talking about. Tip of the hat to Butterss and Bellerose for absolutely locking it down. So, don't be that middle-aged music weirdo who has regrets at missing out twice. No, order now before that current $50 price tag turns into god knows what when the repress stock runneth dry.

Purchased online directly from Eremite same day as announced. I saw this group play at Zebulon, Los Angeles 4-1-22. It was a singular musical experience with the joy and love whirling around on and off the stage with Anna grinning throughout. S4 is a powerhouse. The recording is clear and intimate; the vinyl well-pressed. Highly recommended!

I got mine from eremite.com a few weeks ago. Must have missed the first 400 as mine had standard white inner sleeves and unnumbered. Bummer about that but it sounds really really good, quality pressing. As it should for that price tag!
