i have this but not cut out. basically it should of been cut but wasn't, for whatever reason. so the image is there ready to be cut into it's shape, surrounded by a 12" clear outer body

Epic 7” of an epic Prince song! Purple Rain is a classic.

My copy has identical matrix etchings and everything is identical to this version except there is no mention of a poster. I cant find another version with the same catalogue and matrix numbers

Was this single ever pressed on black vinyl in the US?

Is this European purple version more limited than the Canadian version which is also purple? Curious about the difference in price. Its quite drastic.

This 7” vynil comes with the original Peruvian music industry sleeve, which is generic as pics are showing

There is also another version with the same tracklist but in a black UK 12" sleeve (12" written on lower left of the sleeve). THis appears to be a reissue, without the poster of course. It also has the same matrix numbers EXCEPT omitting the last number.
So Side A is: W 9174T A//1▽ 420 V 1 2
And Side B is: W 9174 T B // 1▽ 420 V 1 1

I can provide photos if needed, but release needs adding.

I have this album mint/sealed with the exact cat# however my copy has a sticker on the front saying "Limited edition pressed on purple vinyl (0-20267)). Any idea as to which album i actually have?

The same Picture Disc but with sticker on sleeve !!!!
