The CJ Mackintosh Hip Hop Megamix may feature someone called Tosca, but it can't be the guys from Vienna that are referenced here. They didn't exist until a full eight years later. I didn't find a reference for the artist featured here. Maybe someone else is able to provide the necessary information? It doesn't seem to be any one of the other Toscas listed here...
