If it isn't warped, it's not a true Waxwork record. They don't seem to have any competent quality control and they don't stand behind their products. Over 50% of the Waxwork discs I bought (new, directly from Waxworks) are warped by about 1/8 inch. I love their horror soundtracks, though...and fortunately their trademark record warps don't noticeably affect the sound.

I recently purchased a Record Pi record flattener. I feel it's paid for itself already just based off using it on my Waxwork records.

Lying, defamation, false accusations and the use of personal data to harm someone is illegal waxwork records. See you soon in court ;)

I will testify that this company put more their into the artwork, very questionable master sources - poor cutting and way under par pressing quality.

The positve review bombs here are hilarious, and, frankly, appallingly obvious. As for me, I like everything about Waxworks except for the most important thing: their wax generally sounds like someone running a needle across a cheese grater.

If you want collectable records with cool art, they can give that to you. However, the quality of the pressings are pretty sub-par. Most of the time their pressings are littered with surface noise and skips. Crappy sonics, above average art. Boutique at best. A complete rip-off at worst. It's too bad they're missing half the equation since they seem to get access to pretty good movies and pop-culture

Waxwork is one of the best labels that do film scores. The artwork is always impressive, and the quality of pressings is above reproach. On the customer service front they’ve been excellent. Anytime I’ve had an issue they’ve been pleasant and helpful in rectifying the situation. On more than one occasion I can say they’ve gone above and beyond to help me out.

One of the best labels regarding scores. Might not be everybodies cup of tea, but nevertheless definitely in my top 3 ! They never disappointed me, awesome customer service.

Huge fan! Highly recommend Waxwork releases. Beautiful art, fantastic sound quality, and phenomenal customer service. Whenever I've had an issue, they've respond immediately. The few times I've had issues with damage or sound quality, they immediately sent replacements at no cost to me. If you're a soundtrack fan, you need Waxwork vinyl in your collection.

Waxwork is a fantastic label that produces great re-issues and new material -- some of which would never see the light of day (or dark of night) otherwise.
