New Zealand record company. Active under this name from 25 June 1970 to 08 November 1972 (then renamed to Phonogram Ltd. (2)) and again from 01 November 1978 until 23 November 1999.
Previous name was Philips Records (N.Z.) Ltd. and later name was Universal Music NZ Ltd..
Also operated a record pressing and tape duplication plant in Miramar/Wellington under the name of Music Carriers (NZ) Ltd.
