Later known as Columbia Records in 1962. Was the first major recording studio on what would later become known as Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. The studio started out in rented rooms at the Teamsters Trade Union. An unexpected rent rise, however, led him to develop an alternative site on 16th Avenue which included the Quonset Hut studio.
