What a shame. A brilliant catalogue of vinyl from which I have made several purchases, but the first time I have received a sub standard record from them their customer service has collapsed. Jessica who is incharge of queries will initially answer you and ask for evidence of faulty goods, and after you supply it you will be ignored. After weeks of emailing her and getting no reply, and felling like a t**t, you may take a look on trust pilot to find you are not the only one who is having problems. At least a third of customers have had to resort to leaving a bad review. So buyer beware. Things are not hunky dory at Pure pleasure records.
