Thamesdown SDC Ltd. was established in January 2005 after the purchase of TSF (2)), and was one of the UK's largest fully integrated CD-ROM, CD-Audio, DVD and VHS manufacturers with 24/7 operation. The company offered services including authoring, replicating, pressing, printing, packaging, warehousing & distribution. Shortly after January, the company relocated to a facility in Blagrove, Swindon. This was followed by the installation of new CD and DVD glass mastering equipment and pressing lines throughout 2005.

It was announced in March 2006 that Thamesdown SDC had gone into istration, and its assets were sold to ODS Optical Disc Service.
