Midi Inc.

Midi Inc is a label that is still active and was established by Shigeki Miyata of Dear Heart (RVC) and Hiroshi Okura (Yoroshita Music).
Akiko Yano and Ryuichi Sakamoto were also stakeholders in the company from its outset, with Sakamoto forming the sub-label School.

From 1984 to 1990 the company was d with RVC, later BMG Japan
From 1991 to 1996 it was associated with Nippon Columbia
From June 1996 it was associated with Polygram which became part of Universal Music LLC.
For CD releases in print for a long time, it is possible to determine a rough date of manufacture based on matrix / runout data.

Moonriders are an elusive MIDI band, and the 12" single they recorded was never released. They moved to TENT label that Moonriders founded with Yukihiro Takahashi.
