Red dawn - Never say surrender official release?

I have a copy of Red dawn's Never say surrender from Nocturnal Productions Inc.
Matrix/Runout: MUJ5157 OASIS. There is also a hard-to-find IFPILY19.
This is not in the database and i'm trying to figure out if it's an official release or not.
It has the right bar code (783707102603) and everything else looks identical to the official release.
Any help would be appreciated.

Submit it to the database with all that data and let others decide.

Right now, it does not match Red Dawn (2) - Never Say Surrender so is "new" but please full images so it can be scrutinised.

I submitted it. A little bit tricky since I never done it before. How does this work? Is it just added to the database automatically or is someone supposed to dubbel check and confirm before it is official ed?
