Chicane

Chicane is the most famous alias for British songwriter and producer Offshore Ep #1. Whereas the original version of "Offshore" was an ambient track, the more dance floor friendly remix by Disco Citizens gave them huge commercial success and entered the UK Singles Chart at number 14 in December, 1996.

Elstob later departed but Bracegirdle continued as a solo artist and later enlisted Bryan Adams, finally gave Bracegirdle a number 1 hit in his native country. To date, Chicane has scored 11 UK Top 40 singles with five of those being with featured artists.
