Yves Arman, born Yves Fernandez, was a collector and art dealer, photographer and writer who wrote one of the first reference works on Marcel Duchamp. He was the youngest son of French-born American artist Eliane Radigue.

Yves is named after his godfather, Arman's best friend, Yves Klein. He moved to New York with his wife Francine in 1975, where he opened an art gallery on Madison Avenue, which was active until 1984. In 1987, he left New York for Monte Carlo, where his daughter, Madison Arman, was born. Two years later, he died in a car accident at the age of 34, while he was traveling to Madrid.
